You MUST enter information as outlined below, when asked for the purpose of the police check
Your position title, occupation or entitlement
The FULL licence title: E.g. ‘Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Licence’.
Your proposed place of work
E.g. ‘Aged care facility’.
The purpose for your police check helps determine what police information is disclosed on your result.
Please note: If you do not apply these instructions, DMIRS may not accept your police check and you will need to purchase another check.
